Tigers

Tiger's Head in High Definition - Tigers - wallpapers on desktop

Tigers are the largest of the cats and the siberian tiger is the largest tiger of all tigers. the weight of a male: 500 pounds as a female is only 300. adverage size for a male is 10 feet while a female is only 8. the way the tiger looks depends on where it lives. before tigers became endangered and hunted, their habbitats were in Java, Bali, southern asia, eastern turkey, to the eastern side of the island Sumatra and west India. now, the remaining tigers are in china, south asia and russias east (basically isolated places). tigers can be found in many types of habbitats, prefferably concealed so they can stalk and ambush prey. they can adapt to tons of habbitats aslong as there is water, food and shade. tigers can swim, climb trees (rarely do), leap 15 feet in one try and move quickly and silently. they usualy kill at night with a range of 80 feet. they eat mainly buffalos, antelopes and rodents. have few enemies. their caution and ability to climb and swim helps them from other dangers in the world. doesnt like hunting larger animals unless attacked but humans are the main enemy.

Pandas:

One of the most loved animals yet one of the most endangered animals aswell. they are known by their looks and/or color of fur. their long hair keeps them warm when needed. they can weigh between 100-115 kg, males being larger than females though. they have a wrist bone that helps them eat bamboo because it acts like a human thumb. they can consume 28 pounds of bamboo a day. they may eat rodents or birds too. by the age of 4-8, pandas can already become mature. one of the top reasons they are the redlist for endangered species is because of habitat loss, leading to starvation and just not alot of space to live. they tend to live in mountain regions in the center of china. they are skilled swimmers and can climb 13k feet, usualy seen eating while sitting, relaxed. they have a great sense of smell from what males use to avoid eachother and find females during mating season. only about 1k of pandas left today and %10 of them are stuck in zoos.
